Centra Nenagh is seeking a Store Manager to ensure the store operates efficiently, delivering excellent customer service and fresh food offering at all times while achieving key sales and profitability targets.

The role requires leadership, KPI focus, and the ability to read reports, manage rosters, and implement planograms in a fast-paced retail environment.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years' experience in retail management.
• Ability to achieve KPIs and targets.

• Proficient in Excel and Word.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the smooth running of the store.
• Set and achieve sales targets on gross profit margin, net margin, waste and other KPIs.
• Implement planograms correctly and ensure the correct range is in place in store.
• Manage employee rostering and annual leave and maintain accurate and secure records.
• Engage with the Store Owner on a regular basis.
• Ensure merchandising and presentation of entire store is of the highest standard.
• Develop and promote good communication between employees and management in a safe, respectful and inclusive environment.
• Deal with customer queries efficiently and professionally.
• Engage with new initiatives and embrace new ways of working.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have/be

• Minimum 2 years€,, experience in a relevant retail management position
• An understanding of how to achieve KPIs and targets
• Strong knowledge and experience of reading and actioning reports
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Excellent communication skills
• Good delegation skills
• Highly driven with a strong work ethic
• Passion for grocery retail
• Thrive in a fast-paced working environment.

Main Duties:
