Job summary

Centra in Naas is seeking an Evening Supervisor to manage and motivate the team, ensuring the store operates efficiently and delivers excellent customer service.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, with responsibilities including staff induction, merchandising, and dealing with customer queries.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service facing role.
• Excellent communication skills.
• The ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, ability to multi task under pressure.
• The ability to organise work, delegate responsibilities and support team members in the store.
