Job summary

Nourish is seeking a Fixed Term Part-Time Sales Assistant to join our busy Dunnes Stores concession at Blanchardstown Centre, Dublin 15. The role covers 16-20 hours per week, mainly on weekends, with occasional mid‑week evening availability.

Shifts run from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm, so you must be able to commute to and from the store for early starts and late finishes. You will help customers find the right solution, build relationships with shoppers and Nourish teammates, and ensure stock levels

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience is preferred.
• Passion for nutrition and healthy living.
• Flexible with weekend and varying shifts.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced supermarket environment.
• Ability to lift and move stock and operate pallet trucks.

Summary of role:

We are looking for a Fixed Term Part-Time Sales Assistant to join our busy store in Dunnes Stores, Blanchardstown Centre, Dublin 15. This position will cover 16-20 hours per week working weekends with mid-week evening availability. Candidates must be flexible to cover shifts across 8:00 am to 10 pm. Please be sure you can commute to and from the store for early starts and late finish times.

Shifts worked on Sundays and hours worked over 39 hours are paid at time and a half. Bank Holidays are paid at double time and we currently pay on a weekly basis.

This role is located within a concession of a fast-paced supermarket environment. Candidates must be comfortable building relationships with customers, fellow Nourish teammates, and Dunnes staff members.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a passion for nutrition and healthy living.
• Wants to learn more about the health and wellness industry.

• Assists customers in finding the right solution for their needs.
• Is professional and empathetic while advising customers at all times.
• Ensures stock levels are well maintained and the store is kept clean and tidy.

• Has a minimum of 1-year previous retail experience (an advantage).
• Has a relevant qualification (beneficial).
