Job summary

Salary: £30,536 per annum + monthly bonus

The Opportunity

We are working with a leading international retailer within the hair and beauty industry to recruit an experienced Store Manager for their Limerick location.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially focused retail leader who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service, developing high-performing teams and driving sales growth.

You will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running and commercial performance of the Limerick store, leading and motivating a team to deliver exceptional service, achieve targets and maintain high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience

• Champion excellent customer service and maintain high service standards.
• Develop team product knowledge and selling capabilities.

Store Operations

• Ensure the effective day-to-day management of the Limerick store.
• Maintain high standards of stock control, inventory accuracy and loss prevention.
