Job summary

Costa Coffee Ireland & Northern Ireland is seeking a Store Manager to lead a brand-new Costa Blanchardstown store and shape the guest experience from day one. You’ll build a high-performing team, foster a vibrant culture, and drive store performance as the business expands.

You’ll have autonomy to set the tone, mentor staff, and advance your career through leadership development, with clear pathways to senior roles as the network grows.

Qualifications

• Experience in people leadership and coaching.
• Ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Experience in hospitality or retail store leadership is a plus.

Responsibilities

• As Store Manager, you’ll shape a team, build a culture, and grow your career in a brand expanding across locations.
• Autonomy to lead and own your store’s performance and guest experience.
• Lead training and development, and drive internal promotions within the Costa chain.
• Operate with a people-first approach, delivering consistent service and quality.
