Job summary

Noel Group, partnering with a leading retailer, is seeking a Store Manager in Balbriggan to lead daily operations and drive excellent customer service.

You will manage a team, control stock, implement merchandising standards, and uphold health & safety policies while pursuing sales targets and business growth.

Salary is €52,000 per annum with opportunities for progression within a dynamic, community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a managerial role in retail.
• Experience as a Store Manager in SuperValu or Centra is preferred.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage a team and drive results.
• Resident in Ireland with right to work in ROI.
