Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Key Leader to drive store leadership, guest experience, and team performance. You will lead Educators, manage operations, and deliver exceptional customer experiences across the floor and omnichannel initiatives.

You will coach, mentor, and develop team members while upholding lululemon’s values of inclusion, integrity, and collaboration in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have Right to Work documentation and comply with local requirements (EMEA).
• Must be able to travel to assigned store with own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and coach Educators to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Plan salesfloor coverage and ensure efficient store operations.
• Provide technical product education and support omnichannel programs (buy online/pickup in store, ship from store).
• Interact with guests to assess needs and offer effective purchase/return solutions.
• Resolve guest feedback and escalations to make it right for guests.
• Collaborate with team to ensure optimal guest experience and store performance.
