Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest experiences in our stores, educate guests on products, and embody our community and culture. The role emphasizes inclusive customer care and active participation in store operations.

As a guest-focused team member, you will support transactions, restock, and collaborate with teammates to ensure exceptional service. Availability to work flexible hours is expected in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have proof of the Right to Work and local regulatory compliance (EMEA).
• Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation methods.

Responsibilities

• Create a world-class guest experience by engaging with guests and sharing product education.
• Provide accurate, timely guest transactions and leverage omnichannel programs (buy online, pickup in store, ship from store).
• Move dynamically on the floor to assist guests and address store needs.
• Receive feedback and collaborate with leadership to take action and improve guest experiences.
