Job summary

B&Q Athlone is hiring a Stock Flow Customer Advisor on a 3-month fixed-term contract. The role is full-time (36.75 hours per week) with shifts across Monday to Sunday, 7.00am–10.00pm. Notional hourly rate €15.45, Sunday premium €18.75.

You’ll help keep the store stocked, ensure safety, and contribute to improving store efficiency. You’ll be part of a team that values clear communication, organisation, and flexible collaboration.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organisational skills required.
• Able to work in a team and on a rotating schedule including weekends/evenings/bank holidays.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technology.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the store is stocked with customer needs and product range.
• Maintain safety and efficiency; operate as part of stock flow team.
• Collaborate with colleagues to implement new solutions and improve store operations.
