Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb in Cruiserath, Ireland, seeks an experienced Drug Product Associate to provide on-the-floor technical support to our Sterile Drug Product facility. The role supports CQV, Site Operational Readiness, and Tech Transfer during start-up and will embed with shift teams as the facility scales.

You'll work across formulation, filling, lyophilization and packaging, troubleshoot technical issues, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-speed manufacturing/regulatory environment is essential.
• Qualification in science, engineering, or related subject desirable.
• Expertise in sterile drug product manufacturing is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support Formulation, Filling (vial & syringe), Lyophilization, Capping, and Packaging processes.
• Troubleshoot technical issues during start-up and post-start-up phases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate SDP facility and ensure readiness.
• Support commissioning/qualification/validation during start-up and tech transfer activities.
• Assist with training of SDP team and uphold continuous improvement initiatives.
