Job summary

PRO Stainless Designs Ltd. in Ardee, County Louth, is seeking dedicated Stainless Steel Fabricators to join our team. You will assemble metal structures using a variety of tools, interpret engineering drawings, and perform TIG welding on stainless steel, with MIG welding on carbon steel desirable.

Qualifications

• Qualified Fabricator/Welder OR a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Strong understanding of interpreting dimensions and technical drawings.
• Experience with Abrasive Wheel Training and Manual Handling.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and understand assembly and fabrication drawings
• Fabricate and assemble stainless steel products to exact specifications
• Perform TIG welding on stainless steel (TIG welding experience is essential)
• Carry out MIG welding on stainless steel and carbon steel (MIG experience is desirable but not essential)
• Maintain a strong focus on safety, ensuring all activities and tools used adhere to safety protocols.

About the Role

We are seeking dedicated and skilled Stainless Steel Fabricators to join our team. As a Stainless Steel fabricator you will be instrumental in assembling metal structures using a variety of tools and machinery, such as drill presses, grinders, and welding equipment. You will interpret engineering drawings and other instructions to produce products that meet our high standards.
