Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in Java, Kotlin or other OO languages.
• Hands-on with modern web standards and React/TypeScript.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, product and customer success.
• Experience mentoring/leading peers.
• Maintaining high quality and guiding teams on technical quality.
• Strong customer empathy to improve user experience and product.

Responsibilities

• Lead developers, PMs and designers to build Scheduling features and grow the consumer footprint.
• Tackle end-to-end tasks in a collaborative team environment.
• Design, estimate, implement, test, and debug end-to-end solutions.
• Mentor developers through code-pairing and reviews.
• Champion best practices for development, deployment, and lifecycle.
• Contribute to product design discussions and feature selection.
• Leverage AI tools to improve velocity and drive innovation across the team.
