Pantheon is seeking a Staff Security Engineer, SecOps to be the strategic and technical anchor of security operations. You will define long‑term detection and response roadmaps, own maturity for SecOps, and drive alignment with Engineering, Infrastructure, GRC, and executives.

You will lead EU regulatory work on GDPR/NIS2 and ensure controls meet audits for Ireland and Europe. You will shape SecOps architecture, toolchains (SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR), and prioritise threats, incidents, and abuse
