Job summary

Pantheon is seeking a Senior Security Engineer, SecOps to lead and advance Pantheon’s security operations, detection, and incident response at scale. You will shape threat intelligence capabilities, drive automation, and ensure regulatory alignment across EU markets.

You will own the SecOps roadmap, mentor engineers, and partner with GRC and Legal to meet audit and contractual requirements while championing a security-first engineering culture.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years in information security with 7+ years in security operations.
• Experience architecting and running enterprise SIEM/SOAR stacks.
• Strong cloud security, IAM monitoring, and threat intelligence.
• Proven incident response leadership and post-incident reviews.

Responsibilities

• Define, own, and execute a multi-year SecOps roadmap including detection engineering and incident response.
• Lead architecture and integration of SecOps tooling for scalability and efficiency.
• Own end-to-end incident response processes and runbooks; mentor engineers on security best practices.
• Drive automation across alert triage, investigation, and response using scripting and APIs.
• Communicate security program status and risk to senior leadership and stakeholders.
