- Develop and implement person-centred care plans for residents.
- Collaborate with HCAs to execute care plans.
- Maintain a safe environment for residents, staff and visitors.
- Work with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
- Provide care according to nursing codes and Cowper Care policies.
- Support social, recreational and educational activities for residents.
- Participate in quality and safety management system development.
- Adhere to NMBI professional standards.
