Job summary

Bon Secours Hospital Cork is seeking a Staff Nurse for the Cath lab/Interventional Radiology. This full-time, permanent role offers full training and mentoring, with funding for further education and strong support for professional development.

The successful candidate will lead nursing care on each shift, work within a collaborative multidisciplinary team, and uphold the highest standards of patient care in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Registered in the General Division of the live register of nurses kept by the NMBI.
• At least 3 years recent experience in an acute setting.
• 1–2 years' experience in a procedure room or similar area is desirable.

Job description

Staff Nurse – Cath lab/Interventional Radiology Full-Time - Permanent Bon Secours Hospital Cork are seeking to recruit nurses to support a broad range of inpatient specialist areas.

Full training and mentoring are given to all staff nurses as well as funding and support in further education. We are committed to the professional development & education of staff particularly in nursing. We are inviting application from suitably qualified and experienced staff nurses

The successful applicant will be required to take responsibility on each shift for the nursing care of allocated patients. To Work within the nursing team and assist colleagues as necessary in providing and maintaining the highest standards in patient care at all times and to work as part of the multidisciplinary team.

Candidate Requirements:

• Registered in the General Division of the live register of nurses kept by the NMBI
• Must have at least 3 years recent experience in an acute setting
• 1-2 years' experience in a procedure room or similar area is desirable.
