Job summary

ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF NURSING

Applications are invited for the position of Assistant Director of Nursing for a one-year fixed term contract.

The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator and enjoy the challenges of working in a dynamic team environment and possess the following skills at a minimum:

• Registered with the NMBI
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Acute care management experience
• BSc Degree or higher qualification desirable
• Management qualification desirable
• Proven ability in the areas of change management, resource management, conflict resolution, quality & safety management, problem solving and operational planning
• Computer skills essential
