Job summary

Qualifications

• Registration with the NMBI or eligibility is required.
• 2+ years post-registration nursing experience in an acute hospital setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and patient care skills, with CPD demonstrated.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate nursing care in line with standards.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Monitor vital signs and responses to treatment.
• Administer medications and IV therapies as prescribed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for high-quality care.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, plans, and discharge instructions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and hospital records.
• Participate in shift handovers, ward rounds, and CPD.
