Job summary

Ethos Care is seeking a Staff Nurse to deliver high-quality, person-centred care to residents in a supportive nursing home environment. You will lead by example, ensuring residents’ physical, emotional, and social needs are met while maintaining the highest standards of clinical practice.

You will work closely with the care team to deliver compassionate, patient-focused care, participate in audits, and help create a safe, respectful living environment for residents.

Qualifications

Active NMBI PIN is required.
Commitment to high-quality, person-centred care.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Deliver excellent nursing care and promote dignity and respect.
Support and supervise care staff.
Ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulations.
Assist with audits and inspections.
Work collaboratively with the wider healthcare team.
