• Minimum of 4 years nursing experience; preferably in nursing homes, older persons’ care, rehab or acute settings.
• Experience within the Irish healthcare system is essential.
• Solid knowledge of HIQA standards and person-centred care.
• Strong clinical judgement, communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to support, guide and mentor colleagues.
• Genuine commitment to enhancing the lives of older people.
• Willingness to work days, nights and weekends on a seven-day roster.
