Job summary

Archer is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join its identity-security team in Dublin. This hands-on role focuses on building security capabilities for human accounts, AI agents, service accounts and other machine identities while shaping how the product collects identity activity and detects suspicious behavior.

You will lead complex technical work, continue designing systems, and write code with a strong emphasis on security and scale.

Qualifications

• Staff-level software engineer with deep technical depth and security mindset.
• Experience building identity-security products, features or capabilities.
• Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, credentials, tokens and permissions.
• Experience designing distributed or cloud-based systems and leading complex technical work.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on coding and system design to build identity-security capabilities.
• Technical leadership in identity/security initiatives within the product.
• Collaborate with Security Research, Data Science and Product teams.
• Help shape the product's approach to AI agents and machine identities.
