Job summary

CRC Central Remedial Clinic seeks a senior improvement leader to head Kaizen and Continuous Improvement. You will drive organisation-wide transformation, embed Lean and Kaizen, and build capability across services, partnering with senior leaders to deliver measurable improvements in quality, experience and efficiency.

You will facilitate workshops, guide governance and leverage data to influence decisions, championing person-centred service redesign across CRC.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ senior-level experience leading continuous improvement within large organisations, with healthcare transformation exposure.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale transformation programmes with measurable improvements.
• Experience embedding Lean, Kaizen and continuous improvement across multiple teams or services.
• Strong strategic leadership with ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Experience designing organisational improvement roadmaps, governance and transformation strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead organisation-wide continuous improvement initiatives and service redesign across CRC.
• Facilitate workshops and Rapid Process Improvement Workshops (RPIWs) with diverse teams.
• Support governance processes and co-design transformation with executive and operational leaders.
• Promote a culture of learning, data-informed decision making and continuous improvement.
• Build capability by embedding Lean, Kaizen and improvement methodologies across services.
