Job summary

Radian Arc seeks a Staff Storage Platform Engineer to shape AI storage for large-scale GPU infrastructure in Ireland. You will design, build, and operate high-performance storage systems for training, fine-tuning, and distributed inference workloads.

As the primary storage expert, you will own architecture, perform hands-on engineering, troubleshoot, optimize performance, and deployment. You will define reusable standards and mentor engineers across related domains.

Qualifications

• Senior storage expert with architectural ownership.
• Hands-on engineering, troubleshooting, performance optimization and deployment.
• Experience intersecting storage, GPUs, networking, Kubernetes and AI platform engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate high-performance storage systems for training, fine-tuning, and distributed inference workloads.
• Ensure storage throughput, latency, resilience and cost efficiency for AI workloads.
• Define reusable standards and influence long-term platform direction.
