Job summary

Accenture UK & Ireland is seeking a hands-on Infrastructure Architect to design and optimize AI/ML infrastructure, including GPU clusters, CI/CD pipelines, and model deployment. You will mentor engineers and lead workstreams, aligning with InfraOps and MLOps practices across cloud and on‑prem environments.

The role requires deep coding, deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting expertise, with focus on scalable, secure, and cost-efficient infrastructure for AI workloads.

Qualifications

• Hands-on coding, monitoring, troubleshooting AI/ML infra and deploying on cloud/on‑prem.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and compute infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Python/Java/C++ and scripting.
• Experience with data pipelines and workflow tools (Airflow, Kubeflow).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; hyperscaler deployment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Write, review, and debug code, scripts, and infrastructure-as-code for AI infrastructure and tooling.
• Provision compute resources across cloud/on-prem, incl. GPU clusters.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AI systems and data pipelines.
• Deploy AI systems and models into production and improve processes.
