The IT Administrator EMEA is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting IT infrastructure and systems across the region.
This role combines hands‑on technical expertise with strategic planning to ensure stable, secure, and scalable IT operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and support IT solutions aligned with business needs
  • Analyze requirements and drive automation to improve efficiency and performance
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and infrastructure (Windows/Linux)
  • Manage and support end-user devices (desktops, laptops, mobile, peripherals)
  • Administer server infrastructure and virtual environments (VMware)
  • Monitor, maintain, and optimize datacenter operations and system performance
  • Deploy virtual machines, manage storage, and support backup/recovery processesMaintain and support network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN, firewalls, switches)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
  • Plan and execute infrastructure projects (including EMEA coordination)
  • Perform patching, upgrades, and lifecycle management of systems and hardware
  • Document procedures, standards, and best practices
  • Collaborate with global IT teams and support cross-functional initiatives
  • Provide user support and ensure timely incident resolution
  • Participate in on‑call rotation for critical systems support
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of relevant IT experience
  • Strong experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, and datacenter operations
  • Proven ability to solve complex technical issues in enterprise environments
  • Expertise in VMware virtualization technologies
  • Hands‑on experience with HPE or Dell server environments
  • Knowledge of network technologies (LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi/VPN, preferably Aruba/Cisco)
  • Experience with patching, upgrades, and capacity planning
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and in global, collaborative teams
  • Customer‑focused mindset with strong communication skills
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience supporting enterprise systems (Server, Network, Storage), or infrastructure management tools
  • Experience contributing to regional or global infrastructure projects
