Job summary

The role requires CIDESCO/CIBTAC/ITEC certifications, at least one year in a spa setting, and a passion for exceptional service. You’ll work weekends and holidays as part of a discreet, polished team, using Journey, Book4Time

Qualifications

• CIDESCO, CIBTAC or ITEC level facial/body certification required.
• Minimum 1 year in a spa, resort or wellness environment.
• Knowledge of massage techniques (Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy).
• Ability to maintain client confidentiality and high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional spa treatments (massages, facials, body scrubs, wraps, manicures, pedicures).
• Consult with clients to understand needs and tailor treatments accordingly.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in treatment rooms and spa facilities.
• Ensure timely and efficient delivery of services; manage supplies.
• Promote spa products and services based on client needs.
• Uphold confidentiality and provide exceptional guest service.
