Job summary

Elemis is seeking a Spa & Retail Trainer for Ireland to educate and elevate Retail and Spa teams. You will coach across regional locations, delivering hands-on training for treatments, products and commercial excellence.

This role emphasizes developing talent, driving customer experiences and contributing to growth. The successful candidate will have Beauty Therapy qualifications and experience in luxury retail or spa education, with strong presentation and coaching skills.

Qualifications

• Beauty Therapy NVQ Level 3 or equivalent is required.
• Experience in Retail, Spa or customer-facing luxury environments is preferred.
• Experience delivering training and coaching is essential.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to drive performance.
• Ability to facilitate, present and communicate effectively.
• Confident in demonstrating treatments and coaching teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop confident, knowledgeable Retail and Spa teams across education pillars.
• Deliver face-to-face, virtual and streamed education on products and services.
• Coach teams to deliver treatments safely, confidently and consistently.
• Identify development needs and create targeted coaching plans.
• Provide practical, real-time coaching in stores, spas and events.
• Support onboarding, launches and seasonal campaigns.
• Equip managers to continue education between visits.
• Travel to store locations and contribute to brand activations.
