Leonardo Hotels invites a friendly Spa Receptionist to join The g Hotel & Spa family in Ireland. You’ll be the first point of contact for guests, delivering warm, five-star service while supporting the Spa department and ensuring smooth check-in and check-out.

As an ambassador for our hotel and the Leonardo Hotels estate, you’ll collaborate with colleagues to create memorable moments, uphold service standards, and promote our wellbeing and progression programmes.

Job description

LGG - The g Hotel & Spa is Limited Edition, which is a collection of distinctive hotels that have their own characters. Our diverse and friendly teams focus on delivering exceptional guest care, ensuring every guest feels welcomed. Limited Edition is a part of the Leonardo Hotels portfolio.

The Spa Receptionist will support the smooth running and objectives of the Spa department. All members of the department work together to create memorable moments for guests, in line with both company and hotel-specific service standards, and collaborate closely with other departments within the hotel.

You will act as an ambassador for your own hotel and the wider Leonardo Hotels estate, demonstrating the company vision, mission and values. At all times, you will treat others around you with respect, dignity and fairness.

As a Spa Receptionist you’ll be a face of the Spa department, so we want you to bring your warm and friendly personality to work with you every day. Take a deep breath because you’ll be stepping into a busy role! Working as part of a vibrant team, you’ll be an ambassador for the department as the first person our guests will meet.

Whilst organising all aspects of the check-in and check-out processes, you’ll be offering guests the real 5-star treatment at our hotel! If you’re our ideal Spa Receptionist, you will:
