Job summary

The K Club in Ireland is seeking a dedicated Caretaker to join our South Campus team. You will help maintain the driving range, buildings and outdoor areas to a high standard of cleanliness, tidiness and presentation.

Experience in a similar role and practical skills in upkeep, gardening or light maintenance are preferred. You’ll work independently, adapt to events, and support safety and sustainability across the resort.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Experience in general upkeep, gardening or outdoor maintenance is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Flexible working hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the South Driving Range, buildings, outdoor areas and surrounding facilities to a high standard of cleanliness, tidiness and presentation
• Carry out general upkeep, light maintenance, gardening and waste management across the South Campus, including the driving range, padel and tennis courts, buggy parking, car parks and surrounding areas
• Ensure all designated areas are kept safe, clean and well-maintained, reporting any significant maintenance issues or hazards to the Facilities team
• Support the smooth operation of the South Campus by working collaboratively with other departments and suppliers, and assisting with traffic management during large events when required
• Undertake seasonal maintenance and additional responsibilities at KGW during the autumn, winter and spring months
• Adhere to all relevant health and safety, fire, company and departmental policies and procedures while supporting the Resort’s sustainability initiatives and wider operational needs
