Sodexo Group in Dublin, Ireland is seeking a skilled Sous Chef to deliver premium food experiences across executive dining, corporate hospitality, meetings and events. You will lead kitchen activities, ensure HACCP standards and mentor junior staff in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate has a professional chef qualification (CIEH Level 3 or equivalent), 3–5 years’ hospitality or corporate catering experience, and a passion for high-quality presentation.
Location: Dublin, Ireland
Salary: €40,000 per annum
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
