Job summary

Protex AI is seeking a seasoned Solutions Engineer within its Tech Ops team in Ireland. You will support edge-to-cloud deployments, troubleshoot Linux-based systems, and collaborate with Engineering, Product and Client Success to resolve complex client issues for Fortune 500 customers.

Responsibilities include debugging Python/JavaScript, leveraging AWS CloudWatch for logs, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships while delivering scalable, high-performance backend services and reliable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical support or engineering role.
• Demonstrated experience with Linux/Unix, networking, and cloud environments (AWS).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with Python and JavaScript debugging and troubleshooting.
