Job summary

Fresco, a smart kitchen platform, is seeking a Solutions Engineer / Solution Architect on a 4–6 month FTC or contractor basis. The role focuses on supporting complex sales, understanding customer requirements, and designing practical technical solutions using Fresco’s platform.

You’ll collaborate with Account Management, Product, Delivery and Engineering to lead discovery, solution design, demonstrations and implementation planning.

Qualifications

• 6+ years’ experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, Solution Architecture, Technical Consulting or Implementation.
• Strong understanding of SaaS architecture, APIs, integrations and data flows.
• Experience with enterprise or mid-market customers through complex sales and implementation processes.
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex tech to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Comfortable leading customer presentations, demonstrations and workshops.
• Strong commercial awareness of how tech solutions drive sales outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery with enterprise and mid-market prospects, understanding their business, technical and integration requirements.
• Partner with Account Management and Sales to develop compelling technical solutions.
• Design solutions using Fresco’s platform, APIs, integrations and data capabilities.
• Deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations and proofs-of-concept.
• Translate customer requirements into clear solution proposals and implementation approaches.
• Identify technical risks and challenges early in the sales process.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Delivery to ensure feasibility and alignment with customer expectations.
• Support onboarding, configuration and integration activities where required.
• Bring customer feedback into Product and Engineering discussions.
• Create technical documentation and integration guides.
