South West Solar is seeking a driven Salesperson – Solar Installation to help homeowners and businesses switch to clean, cost-effective energy. From the first conversation through installation, you’ll guide customers toward the right solar solution for their needs.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience; solar, construction, home improvement, utilities, or B2C sales a plus.
• Confident communicator with strong listening and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working to targets.
• Genuine interest in renewable energy and helping customers reduce energy costs.
• Full driving licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on sales leads.
• Meet with prospective customers to understand their energy needs.
• Explain solar panels, battery storage, savings, and available incentives in clear, practical terms.
• Prepare accurate quotations and close sales.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide an excellent buying experience.
• Work closely with installation and operations teams to ensure a smooth handover.
