Job summary

Dun & Bradstreet is seeking a software engineer to design and develop modern RESTful APIs within a collaborative, agile environment focused on continuous improvement, innovation and growth. You will work with data and AI to create meaningful outcomes.

You will write reliable, scalable Java/Spring code, deploy on AWS or GCP, mentor juniors, and help evaluate new technologies to boost productivity and software quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• 3+ years of experience developing commercial software.
• Experience with Web Service APIs using Java and Spring.
• Experience delivering solutions on AWS or GCP.
• Collaborative work style.
• Problem-solving aptitude.
• Curiosity about AI-assisted development and emerging tech.

Your experience and/or qualifications:

• You will have a bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
• You will have around 3+ years of experience developing commercial software
• You will have experience working on Web Service APIs using Java and Spring
• You will have experience delivering solutions on GCP or AWS utilizing a broad set of the services available
• You have worked in a collaborative setting
• You will be a problem solver
• You demonstrate humility, empathy and support for your colleagues
• You are curious about emerging technologies, including AI-assisted development, and apply sound engineering judgment when adopting new tools
