Job summary

Resolve Financial Software in Dublin is seeking a Software Engineer with 2–4 years of professional experience to own features in a C#/.NET codebase and to build real solutions using an LLM API. You will design, implement, test and maintain production-quality software, integrate AI capabilities, and work with stakeholders to understand regulatory and data requirements.

The role is office-based in Dublin city centre with a planned hybrid split after ramp-up, offering a supportive environment,

Qualifications

At Resolve Financial Software, we build software that helps financial-services organisations gather, standardise and distribute data, automate back-office processes, and manage complex calculations. Our IntegraLynx platform is used by leading insurance and funds organisations, so the work you do here has real operational and regulatory importance.

We are looking for a Software Engineer with 2–4 years’ experience who can take ownership of features in an established C#/.NET codebase and who has built something real using an LLM API. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems across the stack and wants to work on practical AI products - not AI for its own sake.

What you will do

• Design, build, test and maintain production-quality features in C# and ASP.NET MVC.
• Integrate and improve AI capabilities using LLM APIs, retrieval, embeddings, tool use and related techniques.
• Turn client and business requirements into reliable, maintainable software.
• Work with colleagues and subject-matter experts to understand workflows, data and regulatory needs.
• Investigate and resolve complex issues in application code and data-heavy back-end processes.
• Contribute to technical design, code reviews, testing, documentation and continuous improvement.
• Support deployments when required. We aim to minimise disruption for clients, which can occasionally mean working outside normal business hours.

What you will bring

• Professional software-development experience, ideally around 2–4 years, or equivalent evidence through substantial projects.
• The ability to work independently in an established codebase and deliver complete features with appropriate care and discipline.
• Practical experience using an LLM API to build something real. Any provider or model is relevant; we care about what you built and learned.
• Working knowledge of an object-oriented language, with C#/.NET experience particularly useful.
• Experience with SQL or relational databases; SQL Server and T-SQL are an advantage.
• A thoughtful approach to software quality, security, data protection and change in a regulated environment.
• Clear communication, curiosity and a willingness to learn from both technical and non-technical colleagues.

Azure experience, Entity Framework, DevOps, or experience in financial services, insurance, funds, data management or other regulated domains would be advantageous—but they are not all required.

What we can offer

Salary: €55,000–€70,000, depending on experience and fit for the role.

Location: Dublin city centre. The role is office-based while you get up to speed, moving to a hybrid split thereafter.
