Job summary

Adamantine Recruitment is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join a small AI startup in Dublin building autonomous agents that operate in live enterprise systems and actually get things done.

You will take problems from first customer conversation through to production, usually within weeks, shipping APIs, services, and front-end surfaces while collaborating closely with founders and customers.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years professional experience, ideally shipping product in a small or fast-moving team
• Strong fundamentals - you can own a problem end to end without a detailed playbook
• Curious, comfortable with ambiguity, happy figuring things out rather than waiting to be told
• This is early-stage: priorities move fast, some problems have no established answer, and what you build has real visibility in the company's direction
• In practice that's around four days a week, with flexibility if you need to work from home occasionally
• Right to work in Ireland required (no sponsorship available)

Full Stack Engineer | React/Node | Dublin | 2-4 yrs

You'll be among some of the first engineers here. A small AI startup building autonomous agents that do real, measurable work inside enterprise businesses - not chatbots, not demos, agents that plug into live systems and actually get things done.

You will take problems from first customer conversation through to production, usually within weeks rather than quarters. That means building the reasoning and guardrails that let an agent act reliably, wiring it into the systems customers already run, and shipping the product surfaces people use every day.
