Job summary

Stryker is hiring a People Manager for Software Development & Test in a hybrid role based in Carrigtwohill, Cork. You will build and lead a new software and integration/test engineering team, recruiting and mentoring engineers while aligning with global R&D.

You will guide development across user apps, backend and integration layers, driving strong practices in software development, testing and data exchange with devices and clinical systems.
