RITTS Recruitment is working with a leading technology organisation to hire a Software Architect. You will design and evolve scalable, high‑performance enterprise applications and distributed systems, taking ownership of architectural decisions.

Working closely with engineering teams, you will guide technical directions, contribute to code and architecture reviews, evaluate new technologies and help set engineering standards in a hybrid Dublin environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Software Architect or senior technical lead with architectural ownership.
• Strong Python and AWS background with enterprise-level applications and web services.
• Experience designing distributed systems, asynchronous programming and multithreaded architectures.
• Solid relational database knowledge (MySQL/PostgreSQL), REST APIs and integration patterns.

Responsabilités

• Own architectural decisions for scalable, high‑performance enterprise applications and distributed systems.
• Provide technical guidance, participate in code and architecture reviews, resolve complex challenges.
• Evaluate new technologies and contribute to engineering standards and best practices.
• Mentor engineering teams and collaborate with stakeholders across the lifecycle.
