Job summary

Aramark Ireland seeks an experienced Soft Services Director to lead the operational delivery and continuous improvement of our soft services portfolio across Ireland. This senior role shapes service strategy, strengthens client relationships, and drives excellence across a diverse multi-site environment.

You will provide governance across multiple contracts, ensuring compliance, engagement, and strong commercial performance while delivering exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

• Relevant industry or professional qualifications.
• Minimum five years’ senior-level experience delivering comparable services.
• Senior leadership experience in cleaning, facilities management or soft services.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and governance across a national portfolio of cleaning and soft services contracts.
• Ensure delivery meets contractual obligations, customer expectations and quality standards.
• Establish clear operational KPIs, performance routines and corrective action plans.
• Drive accountability, continuous improvement, innovation and operational excellence.
• Lead and develop regional, contract and site management teams, including succession planning for republic of Ireland.
• Ensure the right organisational structure, people and capabilities support operational delivery.
• Drive employee engagement, inclusion, collaboration and a strong customer-focused culture.
• Manage contract performance, margin improvement, cost optimisation and operational risk.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, quality, health, safety and environmental requirements.
• Act as senior relationship lead for strategic clients and resolve complex operational or commercial issues.
• Support major bids, mobilisations, contract negotiations, retention and growth opportunities.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

EXPERIENCE & CAPABILITIES

• Senior operational leadership experience in cleaning, facilities management or soft services.
• Proven experience leading large, multi-site operational teams.
• Strong client relationship and strategic account leadership capability.
• Commercial and P&L management experience, with a focus on profitability and cost control.
• Ability to develop and execute operational strategies and performance frameworks.Strong communication, influencing, problem-solving and change leadership skills.
