Job summary

Medforce Healthcare Recruitment in partnership with our client, a Children and Family Services based in the South West Region of Ireland, are recruiting a CORU registered Social Worker for a Safety and Welfare team in Cork.

You will undertake assessments, contribute to care planning, coordinate interventions and work with colleagues to safeguard and support children and families, with a salary of €44,875-€65,040 per annum and a 35-hour week.

Qualifications

• Recognised Social Work qualification.
• CORU registration in Ireland.
• Full right to work in Ireland.
• Full driving licence desirable for community-based work.
• Strong assessment, communication and report-writing skills.
• Experience in child protection, safeguarding or child and family services desirable.

Medforce Healthcare Recruitment in partnership with our client a Children and Family Services based in the South West Region of Ireland are currently recruiting a dedicated Social Worker for an opportunity within a Safety and Welfare team.

This role offers the opportunity to work with children and families, contributing to safeguarding, assessment and intervention while supporting positive outcomes for children and young people.

The Role

As a Social Worker, you will play an important role in promoting the safety and welfare of children and supporting families. You will undertake assessments, contribute to care and support planning, coordinate interventions and work collaboratively with colleagues and relevant professionals.
