Responsibilities

• Provide social work and welfare services to housing applicants and tenants, including vulnerable groups.
• Engage with service users and coordinate with external agencies such as HSE, Tusla and Gardaí.
• Undertake needs assessments and make recommendations on housing allocations and tenancy sustainment.
• Maintain case records, prepare reports and ensure governance and safeguarding standards.
