Job summary

Cpl Group is seeking a Social Media Specialist/Community Manager for Europe on a 12-month contract, based in Dublin or London with hybrid working. You will orchestrate social activity across Instagram, Facebook and Threads, tailoring campaigns for regional audiences.

You'll collaborate with marketing teams, agencies and stakeholders across Europe, create engaging content with Canva, monitor performance, and support local market social programs in the UK, Germany, France and the Nordics.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of social media or community management experience.
• Experience across multiple markets or with a global brand.
• Strong content creation skills using Canva or similar tools.
• Fluent in English, French or German (written and verbal).
• Analytical mindset with ability to review campaign performance.

We are partnering with a global technology company that are seeking a Social Media Specialist to join their European marketing team on a 12-month contract.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading international brand, supporting social media activity across key European markets including the UK, Germany, France, and the Nordics.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for managing and growing social communities across Instagram, Facebook, and Threads, creating engaging content, supporting community management, and adapting global campaigns for local audiences. Working closely with marketing teams, agencies, and stakeholders across Europe, you’ll help deliver impactful social media campaigns that resonate with regional audiences.
