Job summary

Poco Beauty in Dublin 24 is seeking a hands-on Social Media Manager who lives and breathes beauty and lifestyle content. You will own Poco Beauty's channels day to day, keep the voice consistent, create and publish content, and work closely with Pippa and the team.

You will plan a monthly content calendar, coordinate UGC, respond to the community, support campaigns with our retail partners, and track performance with monthly reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing social media for a brand.
• Strong eye for visuals and on-platform storytelling.
• Excellent written English and a friendly, polished tone.
• Experience with CapCut/Canva or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest and YouTube, including daily posting and stories.
• Plan and run a monthly content calendar aligned to launches, promotions and retail moments.
• Coordinate UGC, tutorials, product demos and behind the scenes; brief design team on assets.
• Keep up with platform trends and bring fresh ideas to the team.
• Respond to comments and DMs in the Poco Beauty voice; build creator relationships.
• Support campaigns and influencer activity; drive traffic to pocobeauty.com.
• Track reach, engagement and social-driven sales; share monthly insights.

Job description

We welcome applications with 3 years (minimum) of experience of working in a similar role in beauty, skincare and/or lifestyle brands.

This is a full time role that will require regular attendance at our office (Dublin 24) events and retail stores. Transport is required and remote working is not available for this role.

Poco Beauty is a premium Irish beauty brand founded by Pippa O'Connor Ormond. We sell direct to our community through pocobeauty.com and in premium retail through Brown Thomas, Arnott's, Selfridges and travel retail at Irish airports.

Social media is at the heart of how our customers discover us, learn from us and continuously

buy from us.

The role

You will own Poco Beauty's social media channels day to day, keeping our voice consistent, our

content fresh and our community engaged. You will plan, create and publish content, work

closely with Pippa and the wider team and use data to show what is working and what to do next.

This is a hands-on role for someone who lives and breathes beauty and lifestyle content on

social media and who wants to grow with an ambitious Irish brand.

Key responsibilities

Content and channels

• Manage Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest and YouTube, including daily posting and stories

• Plan and run a monthly content calendar aligned to launches, promotions and retail moments

• Co-Ordinate UGC, including tutorials, product demos and behind the scenes
• Brief and work with the in-house design team on assets and campaign creative
• Keep up with platform trends and constantly bring fresh ideas to the team

Community

• Respond to comments and DMs promptly, in the Poco Beauty tone of voice
• Spot customer issues and pass them to Customer Service or the relevant team
• Have and build relationships with creators, makeup artists and brand ambassadors

Campaigns and partners

• Support product launches, gifting and influencer activity
• Create social content to support our retail partners, Selfridges, Brown Thomas, Arnotts and
• Work with the E-commerce Manager to drive traffic and sales on pocobeauty.com

Reporting

• Track reach, engagement, follower growth and social-driven sales
• Share a clear monthly report with insights and recommendations
• Help manage paid social budgets alongside the head of Marketing

About you

• 3+ years managing social media for a brand, ideally in beauty, skincare or fashion
• Strong eye for visuals and a natural feel for what works on each platform
• Confident creating and editing short-form video (CapCut, Canva or similar)
• Excellent written English and a friendly, polished tone
• Comfortable using Meta Business Suite, TikTok and social scheduling tools
• Organised, able to juggle a busy calendar and hit deadlines

Nice to have

• Experience with paid social and influencer campaigns
• Photography or makeup skills
• Experience supporting premium retail or ecommerce brands
