Job summary

National Beauty in Cork seeks a Social Media Executive to lead content across TikTok, Instagram and beyond, including hosting live sessions and driving audience engagement.

What You’ll Do:

• Create engaging, high-energy content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social media platforms, including presenting TikTok Live sessions.

• Host live sessions on TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms to showcase products, engage with followers, and build brand loyalty.

• Develop and curate social media content (videos, images, captions, and more) that aligns with our brand voice and trends.

• Plan and execute social media campaigns to boost engagement, reach, and brand visibility.

• Manage community engagement by monitoring and responding to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely and authentic manner.

• Analyse social media metrics to track performance, report insights, and optimise content strategies.

• Collaborate with our PR and Marketing team to cover events and behind-the-scenes moments.

• Support the scouting of brand-aligned content creators for UGC as part of required content rollouts, supporting paid ads, social content, and ecommerce.
  Stay ahead of social media trends and emerging platforms to keep National Beauty at the cutting edge of digital marketing.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.

• Confident and comfortable appearing on camera, including live streams and recorded content.

• Strong storytelling skills and the ability to engage an audience through video and written content.

• Creativity, a keen eye for trends, and an understanding of viral content strategies.

• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.

• Strong communication and writing skills.

• A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to take initiative and drive results.

• A degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred.
