Job summary

Wolfgang Digital is seeking a Junior Content Creator to join our social media team in Dublin. You’ll appear on camera, plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos for a range of clients, while crafting engaging hooks and campaign concepts.

You’ll collaborate across teams, manage client deadlines, and grow your creative skills in a fast-paced, award-winning agency environment with a flexible hybrid model.

Qualifications

• Proven on-camera presence with engaging delivery.
• Experience creating short-form video content for social platforms.
• A reel demonstrating on-camera and editing skills.
• Proficiency with quick, tight edit workflows for social clips.
• Able to design basic visuals and thumbnails for campaigns.
• Comfort turning brand messaging into trend-driven content.
• Strong understanding of internet culture and memes.

Responsibilities

• Feature in short-form video content for client brands (TikTok, Reels, Shorts).
• Script, shoot, and produce authentic UGC from concept to final cut.
• Pitch ideas and hooks for campaigns targeting social audiences.
• Assist in developing creative concepts, strategies, and narratives across accounts.
• Shoot and edit mobile- and camera-led video content for social channels.
• Create assets and write punchy copy aligned with brand voice.
• Help manage content calendars and integrate influencer content.
• Track video performance and adapt content based on trends.

We’re looking for a creative, proactive, and energetic Junior Content Creator to join our growing social media team. In this role, you won’t just be crafting short‑form video content behind the lens, you’ll also step in front of the camera to be the face, voice, and personality behind engaging social campaigns for a wide range of clients.

Whether you're presenting on camera, filming on your phone, editing footage, writing compelling hooks, or shaping campaign concepts, you’ll play a hands‑on role in bringing brand stories to life. Key Responsibilities

• On‑Camera Talent: Feature in short‑form video content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts), acting as the presenter for diverse client brands.
• UGC Creation & Strategy: Script, shoot, and produce authentic, high‑converting User‑Generated Content (UGC) from concept to final cut.
• Creative Ideation: Pitch creative ideas and viral concept hooks to our existing client portfolio with a heavy focus on short‑form video.
• Campaign Support: Assist in developing creative concepts, social strategies, and campaign narratives across multiple client accounts.
• Production & Editing: Shoot and edit phone‑led and camera‑led video content tailored for social and digital channels.
• Asset Creation & Copywriting: Design visual assets (graphics, thumbnails, simple animations) and write punchy, brand‑aligned copy.
• Content Management: Help build and manage bespoke content calendars for clients, seamlessly integrating in‑house UGC and influencer content.
• Performance & Trend Monitoring: Track video performance, monitor trending audio/formats, and adapt strategies using insights and internet trends.
• Pitch & Brainstorming: Participate in brainstorming sessions and assist in preparing client pitch decks with creative video mockups and assets.

What We’re Looking For

• On‑Camera Confidence: Charismatic, natural, and enthusiastic on camera, with strong audio delivery and screen presence.
• 1+ Year’s Experience: Proven experience in a similar content creation, UGC, or social video production role.
• Dynamic Portfolio: A reel or portfolio demonstrating both on‑camera presentation/acting and solid video editing skills.
• Editing Proficiency: Strong foundational skills in short‑form video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, InShot).
• Basic Design Skills: Working knowledge of design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.
• Social‑First Mindset: A natural feel for turning brand messaging into bite‑sized, authentic, trend‑driven content.
• Cultural Literacy: A strong grasp of internet culture, meme language, audio trends, and platform nuances.
• Adaptability: Ability to take constructive feedback, collaborate across teams, and manage multiple client deadlines efficiently.

Bonus Points

• An active personal presence on TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube (feel free to share your handles!).
• Experience in paid social
• Experience working with or managing influencers and external creators.
