Job summary

Cpl Healthcare are recruiting Social Care Workers for a Children’s Residential Service in Limerick. Based in a community residential setting, you will care for children aged up to 18 years and work full-time, including day and overnight shifts.

Responsibilities include developing and implementing Care and Placement Plans, promoting the rights and welfare of each child, liaising with families and services, and maintaining accurate report writing and documentation.

Qualifications

• CORU registered Social Care qualification or CORU registration.
• Experience working with children or in residential care is desirable.
• Full clean manual driving licence with access to a car.
• Experience handling challenging behaviours and understanding of therapeutic interventions.

Successful candidates will have:

• Ideally some experience working with young people or residential experience

Salary: €41,260 – €57,789
