Job summary

Cpl Healthcare is recruiting Social Care Workers for a leading provider of specialist residential and respite services in Stillorgan, Dublin. This is a full-time, permanent role (39 hours) supporting individuals with day-to-day living and personal care.

The ideal candidate holds a Level 7 degree in Social Care (CORU approved), CORU registration (or in progress), and a minimum of six months’ recent experience, plus a full clean manual driving licence.

Qualifications

• Level 7 degree in Social Care or relevant qualification (CORU approved).
• CORU registration (or in process).
• Minimum 6 months’ recent experience in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of person-centred care.
• Full clean manual driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with day-to-day living, including personal care.
• Implement and follow individual care and support plans.
• Promote independence, choice, and community engagement.
• Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Salary from €38,918 per annum
