Job summary

CPL Healthcare is recruiting a Social Care Worker in Mayo to support individuals to live meaningful, independent lives. You will provide person-centred support and work with families and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.

CORU registration is required or in progress; a full driving licence is essential, with flexibility for sleep-ins. This role adheres to HIQA standards and offers opportunities for career development and training.

Qualifications

• CORU registration as a Social Care Worker or eligible with ongoing CORU application.
• Experience delivering person-centred support.
• Knowledge of HIQA standards and regulations.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Full driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with daily lives, personal goals and independence.
• Contribute to development and implementation of Individual Plans.
• Provide personal care and practical support as required.
• Support individuals with high and/or complex needs.
• Promote choice, inclusion, dignity and positive outcomes.
• Work with families, colleagues and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain HIQA standards in line with requirements.
