Corlann invites applications for Social Care Workers to join our team in Limerick City and West Limerick. We offer permanent posts with full and part-time options and a dedicated training program.

As a Social Care Worker you will assist individuals in daily life, promote independence, help develop person-centred plans, encourage community participation, and support families. Eligibility for CORU registration and a full manual driving licence are required.

Qualifications

• Hold a recognised qualification and have eligibility to register as a Social Care Worker according to CORU registration requirements.
• Hold a full manual driving licence which qualifies you to drive manual transmission vehicles on Irish roads.
• Experience in working with individuals with behaviours that challenge is desirable.
• The post may provide an individualised service to a person supported.

• Support the person in all aspects of their life, focusing on ability and promoting independence and development of skills.
• Assist in developing and implementing individual person-centred plans and achieving outcomes.
