Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Social Care Practice (QQI Level 7+).

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred supports to people living in their own homes and in community residences.
• Support daily living activities and community engagement.
• Maintain HIQA compliance and high standards of service delivery.
• Record and report accurately to ensure quality care.
